if they cut half from each unit, they could help the road and still have help in the middle, high schools and communicate with the public.

Does it matter. Most of them have been doing nothing for years and need to get on the road and learn how to be a real cop. Everyone one of them in an elementary school should be working zones by next week.

Taxpayers dont pay for cops to play kickball and babysit all day. We need to fight crime not diapers.
