Schedule?
How many officers?
Promotion opportunities?
Weapons? Uniforms?
Overtime?

They are a small dept maybe 12 officers. There are no promotions in the future, they just made 2 Sgts so I am sure that will last a lifetime. They are cops so yes to weapons and uniforms, 12 hour shifts, I believe overtime ( I work for another agency), pay is somewhere around the $17/hr.
