officer injured on sawgrass

Just wanted to give my thoughts and prayers to the pines officer injured on the sawgrass today. Hang in there bud!

Your department showed up in huge numbers to make sure you were ok! That was very impressive.

I was one of the escort units to BGH. My thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family, and all of Sunrise PD will be hoping and praying for a fast recovery.

We're kinda worried.

Four broken ribs, punctured lung, out of ICU and recovering. Obviously in some pretty tough pain, but he'll make it o.k.

ouch, glad he's going to be ok! He looked like he was in some definite pain on scene. Thanks for the update.

We all knew he was going to be fine when he was fighting with the Dr.'s to STAY in ICU...$800 a day from AFLAC...I'm surprised he didn't demand a chopper instead of ground transport to the hospital!!
