i think he was profiled while at Winn Dixie, at least that is what his attorney will say....I am going to make a bet, jury trial and not guilty?innocent. Not because of the investigation, but the level of stupid, stupid people that are allowed to sit on a jury.

i had a dui trial, the jury came back in favor of the defendant. Afterwards a juror told me that they thought he was guilty but, they felt sorry for him because of all the problems in his life???

Well hopefully the Governor while sit him down for good.
