Can anyone tell me whats going up next to Ocean Tree Condos at 3400 N Ocean Drive ? And what the Eta is ?

I think its a 19 story condo being built. I heard there were issues and that it would not be completed for 3 years. I think you could find out more through the court house. Do you have a condo at Ocean Tree ?
