He tends to hang out on lumis park ( 1500 block) but he has been many other places too.
In this video he is in the Library recording him self when he was in a commission meeting.
Hes trying to "beef" on a Lieutenant ..
This guy is a nut job and a dangerous nut job. He made a false alegation against a bike security officer saying that he "hit " him. It ended up not being true.
