Truth about hidden camera

What I heard was that someone does have a recording of a certain GOB from the SO bumping ugly's on the hood of a car while on duty but they didn't record it with a hidden camera they used a cell phone.

Well, if you have only heard about it, then its only a rumor, and you SHOULD not post crap like this here. If you have proof, or a video, I think you know where it needs to go.

Again I hear of the dreaded video. Where is the video? If one existed it would have come out already wouldn't it. I mean that only makes since as that would give the edge to the moral majority that is slinging the mud in this case now wouldn't it?
