The chief is doing such a great job bringing down morale and having officers hate to come to work, he even forced Frank (Building Maint) to decide to quit this place. Nice going Ralph...........you unequivocally are ruining this department. You are on your way to getting booted out of this department like the other 20 you worked for in the past.
