You know what, see for yourself what he has done in "all" the other agencies he has worked. Start at MDPD and work your way North and you will get an eye opener! Facts vs Fiction!

So. . . our honeymoon is over?

The chief is doing such a great job bringing down morale and having officers hate to come to work, he even forced Frank (Building Maint) to decide to quit this place. Nice going Ralph...........you unequivocally are ruining this department. You are on your way to getting booted out of this department like the other 20 you worked for in the past. Does anyone concur with my above noted sentiments or would you like to deviate from the above? Sent via blackberry.

Oh my GD, Frank the hardest working underpaid guy around! He is like having slave labor at NMB. May not be the neatest, but dediacted! We LOVE YOU FRANK ! VIVA LA DOMINCANA ! Okay AL, we love you too !

Frank, you are NOT unequivically providing the best service to the citizens of North Miami Beach! Now go sign up with street crimes, i hear theyre short a few bodies and need to kick up those traffic arrests. Had they 19'ed the 29 subj the other night he may not have tried to smoke one of our people
