Ft. Desoto Park

Bringing the family to Ft. Desoto to RV camp in the spring along with another LEO ( SE Fla) and his family. Can you guys advise on the good places we should visit in tha area...good eats,drinks etc..

Make sure you check out the best family resaurant in town while you're here. Mons Venus, it's on Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa. Great buffet, all you can eat tuna and snapper!

and don't forget the clams..they have great clams!!

I understand that they have more than enough crabs to last a lifetime.
