Is it true that Sheriff Judd's son was arreated for being in a bar room fight by LPD within the first week of Dec 07, is it true, I cant find the booking report.

No - it's not true. If it were, the Polk County Sheriff's Office would have done a news release telling everyone, because they don't hide things like that. And that notwithstanding, all arrests are public record and it simply didn't happen.

Judd Jr. was in the parrot lounge between the second or third week of November 07, the bar’s ownership has recently changed hands and the new owner has no knowledge of this happening. The situation was that an argument took place and a push and shove fight started, the owner called LPD, and an officer did respond and escorted Jr. Judd out. This is what I herd from reliable sources.
