God Bless you Chief Noriega! We knew all along that you can handle the job. Although some of your command staff thought you couldn't, it was quite evident that you let them know who is in charge!!!!!!!! It seems like you were very gentle but stern. My only advice to you is not to think that the threat is eliminated. "They" will still be working hard at trying to overthrow your reign! They are two-timing evil people. But congratulations on your recent accomplishments. Mr. Manager a little over a year ago you were fooled into thinking they were good for the administration, now you can see for yourself what it is they are always planning.
