Why hasn't the badger of investigations been put in detective divison, why, o why? Put him in there for love of God! At least half of the crimes on this campus would end up getting solved.

Why hasn't the badger of investigations been put in detective divison, why, o why? Put him in there for love of God! At least half of the crimes on this campus would end up getting solved. There is no one super sleuth at the department, most crimes are solved due to a collective or even partnered workings between officers. Everyone has his or her special purpose. Well almost everyone.
