Pretty good tasering if you ask me. The guy was a jerk for not listening, but I didn't exactly hear Officer Friendly explaining about why he had to sign the ticket. I think the officer will prevail though. Unless of course, he's represented by the Florida PBA. HAA! HAA! HAA!
