Need a hotel near the fairgrounds.

There's a bunch of us coming to the Fairgrounds in Deland to take the state officer certification exam on Dec 12th. Any recommendations for a reasonably priced or LE friendly hotel near there? I think there's a Howard Johnson's right next store.
