I am shocked that this is how evidence can be handled.

How is that piece of Bollea's car (allegedly) evidence??? Do you watch CSI too often? Do you think it should be tested for DNA? Do you think the secret to the crash is somehopw locked away in that superficial piece of yellow material? Do you think that we sweep the street when we investigate traffic crashes too? Should we have collected all of the broken, fragmented tempered glass too? What Traffic Homicide school did you attend dear guest/non-cop? Here's the answer, you are a moron. People are morons. We question cops, paramedics, doctors, lawyers, and teachers because we think that their job is so simple and obvious. The only thing that is obvious is that the original poster is a moron. That I am sure of from a layman's point of view.

Actually what will help is your spoiled kid never driving a car again, Nick going to prison to reflect on what he has done and Daddy Hogan paying out millions for the vet that Nick nearly killed (who will die in a hospital). Maybe that suped up car was a stupid idea for a spoiled kid. Maybe letting Nick hang out with guys that are 21 was a stupid idea. Maybe letting him drink was a stupid idea. Maybe Nick will have to get what every other citizen in his position gets, justice in the form of prison, fines and probation.

And Terry's feable attempt at hiring the crappy divorce attorney he did as well as Linda's hiring of a crappy divorce attorney just shows they are trying to divide and protect their finances. Had they hired big name lawyers Id think nothing of it. But they hired nobodies, quite interesting considering what $$$ is at stake. Ironicly the Bolleas hired high power criminal defense attorneys for the criminal case. How odd is that? I love it when the attorneys said that their client was never driving recklessly. Oh dam thats funny. Take the plea counselors, juries are dumb, not blind.

You appear to be a very angry, highly agitated individual with anger management issues. I suggest V-A-L-I-U-M. Please take 4 x's the recommended dosage. Breathe deeply. Everything will be alllllllrrrriiiiiight.

Any relevant evidence important to the case was processed and depending on it's status either remains as evidence or has been released. When an accident occurs, no every bit of a damaged vehicle is recovered. I don't know if they picked it up early on or after the wrecker services removed the vehicle. I also noticed that someone put a scrap from another of this race car mishaps on ebay too.
