Maybe you need to get your facts straight. A party is not conducted in a firestation, possibly you got this incident confused with a previous incident with the same person.

What are we 12 years old? Look, its the same thing around the country - there is a rift between fire and police. Don't know quite why that is, but it is not unique to Pm Pines. We like donuts and you guys are a bunch of primadonnas who play X-Box and sleep all night.

But the truth is, when push comes to shove, we have always worked very well together on critical incidents and the cops will always have your backs, as we know that you will be there to treat us before all others if we need you. I have been to cop accidents where you guys have gone far above and beyond to help us and do the right thing. And you should also know well that a Pines cop will never write a Fire guy a ticket and would lay the smack-down on someone who puts their hands on you just as we would if they did that to another cop.

What is sad, is that on any scene, rarely do the cops and fire guys ever talk to each other except for a head nod or a "howyadoin?". It is both sides. We should at the very least take a minute to speak with each other on scenes. Maybe if we get to know each other, we would get along a little better. Although I have gotten to know Whitworth and Dillelo and those two have completely ruined the reputation of all good firefighters!!! (That was a joke, boys).

Hey Ding-Dong I didn't know I was being graded by an English professor. I type to make a point, I know what a run-on sentence is and I know how to use punctuation as well. When it comes to spelling I suck but as long as I get my point across that is all that matters besides there is spell checking for that. I don't come on here to write research papers just to defend one of YOUR own, as well as us now that u have decided to make it between FD and PD. I happen to be friends with most of the cops I talk to and I appreciate the tough job that PD has. However, we have an equally challenging job and I must admit that we get praised for our work more than PD does. I also believe the reason for that is because hot head cops, with quick mouths (like you) create those impressions on the public. Most cops are very cool and down to earth but it only takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch, at least in the public eye. We practice a little thing called patience when dealing with difficult people, you should give it a try before you escalate a situation and you just might find that you don't always have to verbally or physically abuse someone to resolve a problem. I personally do look at PD as family which is why I felt compelled to defend your own officer and believe me I follow my protocols but if something went wrong, anyone of us (including myself) would jump right in to help PD even if it were you Ding-Dong. I totaly agree that we all should be on the same team, we help the fireman when their house is broken into or their big ole trucks, and they go above and beyond when one of us is hurt. However I do have a question on the sensibilty of fire and rescue--- why must you run a strip on a dead person that has rigor or obvious signs of decay? Protocols again? What about contaminating crime scene? Or just using common sense? Other than that I love you guys :P

You know it doesnt surprise me that I come on here to see whats going on in the PEMBROKE PINES POLICE DEPARTMENT being that I live in your city and work for another , and I have to tell you what a bunch of morans you all are. No wonder your department isn't respected by any other. Instead of sitting on here and writing shit about your fellow co-workers why don't you do some real police work. I have to agree with thank god i dont work for pines......there is no team work here in pines. It takes the dispatcher a long time to just geta 94 for someone requesting one or just on calls. Just listen to the radio and you will know wht i'm talking about.
