u have motors but you can't be stroking too many tribal members or you on't be in that unit.

3 Years w/ SPD or 2 years w/ SPD and 3 years of supervisory experience. Problem: The # 1 and # 2 guy on the current list are not even able to test this time and all the sgts promoted the last go around would not even be eligible to take this test. Why are they making it so hard to get promoted? I mean Doug never took a test for anything except his GED and Powell got handed stripes and Lieutenant bars after getting kicked out of Hollywood and BC.
