Empty Patrol Cars

Why does NP insist on leaving unmanned patrol cars parked on the side of roads. Is this to stop speeding. If so thats retarded. Can you imagine Joe Citizen in need of help running up to a patrol car just to find out no officer was around. :x :x

this is what we do when you have a tiny mayberry type dept with little resourse and man power. it is stupid and everyone in this city knows that the cars are empty.

There is a 1979 Bell 206B-3 Jetranger III for sale at SRQ that is a steal for $300,000.

You are right I was a clown to say the city would shell out $3.5 million on a Russian attack copter.
The city has a strict buy American policy and would blow $5 million on this U.S. made AH-64 Apache attack helicopter instead. That will take care of those cars with one headlight out.
