HIRING Process

I'm about to graduate a local LE Academy and I'm interested in working for OCSO. DO they still require 2 years college or military? How long is the hiring process? Thanks all

On paper we require 2yr degree, military or law enforcement, but in reality they will waive the requirements for a good certified canidate.

How many hours per week do u work?

And when does ot kick in. I hear that some of the Sheriff's offices in the south work 43 hours and don't get ot untill after two weeks work period.

80 hour two week pay period on patrol, OT after 84 hours. It goes down to 82 years next year.
