Charlotte cops bust two drug dealers

The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office arrested two drug sellers Monday afternoon.

Robert James Kalin, 55, of 2662 10th St., Englewood, following two undercover purchases on Oct. 12 and 22. Kalin was charged with trafficking in Oxycodone, sale and delivery of roxycodone, possession of Oxycodone, and possession of Roxycodone. He was taken to the Charlotte County Jail and later posted bond.

Members of the warrant squad arrested Jarrod Issac Hamm, 29, of 18366 Quadrille Ave., Port Charlotte, on 13 felony warrants.

Hamm was wanted on three counts of possession of a controlled substance to sell, four counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, four warrants for failure to appear, one warrant for driving while license suspended or revoked as habitual and one warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.

The sheriff’s office shows Hamm has been booked 18 times into the Charlotte County Jail with 45 records. He remains in the County Jail.
