Evers says Raz doing a good job?

I go to a lot of events due to my wifes work and have personally overheard Evers and his cronies tell Raz to his face that they think he is doing a good job.

But they bash him and BPD every chance they get especially on the Evers website. Its Raz's fault for everything even the credit card thing when he was completely innocent and did the right thing yet they have his picture up implying he mis-spent over $10,000. Cindy controls the BPD card for US not the Chief. Everything that she spent has been appoved in the budget for US.

Its no secret that if Evers wins he wil tell Raz to do something like take the take home cars away or promote someone who does not deserve it and Raz will refuse and be fired.

I don't know what a hypocite is, but he is not a hypocrite. I didn't address it, because it doesn't need to be addressed. You make it sound like Razz's was the only picture in the paper, when in fact everyones picture with a credit card was there. Remember, he didn't write the story, the herald tribune did. He only posted it on his web site. Everyone here knows that the Chief does not abuse the card, that was evident by the amounts that were shown and the comments that were made.

Yeah, that doesn't make any sense. Never said I wanted to quit or wasn't happy with my job. I'm just smart enough to not put anything remotely close to porn on any computer. Since you want to sound so smart why don't you tell us what Evers is going to do. Go ahead and list all the things you think he will do. I haven't heard one thing that he will do to make this agency better. Tell me how Evers would stop officers from banging prostitutes or keep porn off the computers. The fact is he can't and he wont be able to. I know of two Administrators that resigned because Toke got promoted over them. Why do you think that is? I know, because of favortism. So don't act like Evers would never do anything like that. If you were his boy he took care of you. I still want to know the positives that he is going to do for this agency because he never did anything before. As far as stopping the personnel from banging prostitutes and porn on computers, You have to lead by example. With the current Mayor saying things like 'what do you want me to do, shoot them', calling people 'boneheads', 'I'm not thier daddy', just shows what kind of example he makes.

I don't have a list of all the things Evers will or will not do for the City, but then again, I've not seen one for Poston (I'm sure you'll make up something now).

So if you are accusing Evers' boys of beating the crap out of people, name names or shut up. If you knew about and said nothing, you are just as bad!

If you really think that Evers would bring back any of those that you mentioned you are crazy. Do you have any proof of that or are you just trying to make it sound bad? Its easy to accuse someone of something, but I never see any proof, its speculation.

Things I think will happen if Evers wins:

1. Get rid of Razz who will not go along with him destroying the Police

2. Reduce Taxes as he has pledged by cutting jobs which is the only thing left. He says we have too many cops and all we need is 104 so 18 will have to go.

3. No take home cars- he is going to show us who is boss and tell the tax payer he is saving money.

4. Run the Police Department himself

Thats what I think will be the least of what happens--just watch.

3. Officers getting fired for helping homeless lady with cart
4. Officers accused of beating homeless man
5. Officers accused of onduty workings with prostitute
6. Officers accused of having porn on computers

If it weren't for the Police Chief Raz, we wouldn't have as many officers as we do, that has nothing to do with current Mayor.

You missed the point.

Someone listed all the things Evers will supposedly do to the department, I was simply responding with the things the Poston has given to the department.

Some obviously think that the Mayor runs the whole show, so I was just pointing out what has happened recently. While the list about Evers was just what somebody thought might happen.

I apologize, I didn't mean anything against the officers in question (except for the porn related), just recent events that happened.

And don't get that confused with my support of the current Department Administration.

I can clearly tell you did not work here when Evers was mayor and if you did you either got fired, just an Evers supported(friend not cop) or a family member.

I dont think Poston needs to say what he will do. What he has done is enough. Compare what Poston has done to the PD up to what Evers did for us. No comparison.

Evers had his scandles too so don't act like he was all clean. If you think Evers was fair in discipline to everyone maybe you should just ask around.

Actually I haven't seen any pro Evers comments from any PD officers on this site. You can read you Evers supporters post and tell you don't work here.
