Are any other districts besides the SW on gas restrictions?

Maybe they can't start the vehicles because the battery is dead. So they can't check their emails to find out.

Sound reasonable?

Could be worse...we / they were going to spend 100k+ on a new district office for the SE before the new director put a kibosh on it.

Maybe if you guys did not have over half of your budget paying the rent for the office in Ft. Myers, then you could do the patrol duties your were hired and expected by the parks to do.
