Frozen Positions

When is the Union going to start fighting the frozen positions? They should not be able to freeze these positions indefinitely. They don't have the property tax to hide behind anymore.

as it is we have too many sgts and lts...road officers are the #1 priority.

I just saw in the paper that they have a sale on Balls at Sports Authority.

Perhaps the Executive board can get some and stop being afraid of BJ.

They also have several classes in martial arts if you need to boost your confidence.

Its real simple. History has proven that unless something benefits BJ or one of his Cronies he don't give a S--T about your issue. If he does not like you, he cheeses you out.

Remember the MOU that he agreed to limiting the ITW incentive pay to 50. He did this with out asking the Executive Board about it. Did the EB say anything? Of course not. They are afraid of being on BJ's bad side.

You don't see John Rivera hanging out with Bobby Parker do you?
