Dispatchers

I was a dispatcher up north, do you all have any positions open? Can you also give me any information on how your dispatchers work. Is it a good enviroment or are they just there to date the officers like other departments. I wan't to work with good people, not a bunch of kids. Not trying to to be a jerk, but I want to do my homework before I get into something I will regret later.
