HEY I HAVE A QUESTION WHO DOES YOUR PROCESS SERVING? CERTIFIED OR CIVILIANS? HOW MANY? TAKING A SURVEY. THANK YOU. PLEASE LET ME KNOW

At the Brevard Sheriff's office it is done by civilians they are not employees they are contracted a total of 4 for the whole county, they get paid $18.00 per serve and nothing for the not founds.
