We are going live on this system Wednesday..anyone using it now and could give some advice?

So hows it going so far?

PCSO going live on Nov 7th and everytime we call you. you seem way more stressed out. Is it working out ok for you? You are a strong agency with great team members, even if the new cad sucks , you will succeed.

Temple Terrace Police/Fire uses the TriTech CAD - it is easy to use - since Clearwater and PCSO are not too far away (45 minutes), they should go over and see it in use

Do you have enough manpower to run all your shifts? What's with the mass exit?

People leave for more than one reason. Not saying that they all leave for a different reason, but that each person has multiple reasons why they leave. The gist of it is a combination of the following...
1- Stress of the job
2- Burn out
3- Little to no support from the brass
4- Disrespect from patrol
5- Favoritism - big one!
6- High school/ Middle school type social games
7- Dishonesty and false promises from management
8- Wages not adequate for the job
9- Inconsistent supervision
10- Inability to plan family activities due to aforementioned favoritism and its effect on days off.
11- Finally, a new system that is unable to keep pace with really high priority situations, coupled with inadequate training created the straw that broke the camels back for those leaving.

Sounds like you need a clean sweep of all the current managers. Clean house and keep smiling.
