As far as our sworn folks go, we have a section that does cybercrime investigations and another section that does Medicaid Fraud investigations

There are 2 sections

Medicaid Fraud Control Unit investigates Medicaid providers for defrauding the state/federal Medicaid system. Authorized by fss ch509.

Cybercrime Unit new initiative that goes after kiddy porn and online predators.

How do you get hired at your agency? Do you have to be a retired LEO? Is it a political thing? just wondering seems that you donot have many complaints............. Is it a good place to work... tks hope to read a reply soon

I was thinking of applying there somewhere. I looked up the FSS 509 and it had to do with lodging and food service and campgrounds. I guess I had a different idea of the AG jurisdiition. Not sure I want to start dealing with that kind of stuff now.

I think they generally post vacancies when they have them on peoples first system. Look under DLA (Department of Legal Affairs)
