So this is where the cops go when they go 10-7 and want to expand on topics and vent. Good to know this forum exists.

This is one of the best supervisor line ups in a while....... I can only say one word about the new group (Sgt & Lt) on C-Shift. ( They are all VERY fair people and they treat thier people right )

Ever think that maybe things are changing in they're personal life, different days off needed, different schedules. Why does it always have to be as a result of a supervisor or supervisors?

From experience..charlie shift has fair supervisors.

Stop looking for something thats not be there.

Aside from 1/2 hr long briefings (nothing of any importance after the first 10 min.) and constant ass chewings (for everyone else's mistakes), we've got the hardest working crew and dont mind the work.

Lets see how you feel after the new LT joins your shift whenever he comes back from his accident/discipline

Those of us, who left charlie shift did so because of our families. Can't speak for the other guys, but I love working Charlie and hated to go. Great group of guys AND supervisors. Some of the hardest workers in the PD. Didn't even know about the new Lt. coming to the shift until after the bid.

ALL THE SUPERVISORS ON C SHIFT ARE MORE THEN FAIR. THE GUYS HAD SOME THINGS IN THEIR PERSONAL LIVES CHANGE WHICH MADE DAYSHIFT A MORE SUITABLE SHIFT FOR THEM.
