Do I have a chance?

Just a question for someone in the know at your agency. I was 1015'd for viol of a temp injunction last year. The charge was dropped. Is there a chance your agency would consider me or should I not waste my time? I have 9 years of LEO experience.

My guess would be dont waste your time.

Why not? We have dispatchers that were 10-15'd.

And the rest of the department would be 10-15'd if we would use this ffs

"798.01 Living in open adultery.--Whoever lives in an open state of adultery shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083. Did you include yourself in "the rest of the department"? How many do you have personal knowledge of....pictures? DNA? Nice job on the FSS though!
