In the rank structure of the PBSDPD what is a 'Commander'? Is it sworn? Is it civilian? What's it above and below?

Guest 10,
Thank You, But how does Commander compare to a Lieutenant, as I see both listed in the phone directory?

You're right there is no law enforcement agency in palm beach county that uses six letters to designate their department when they go to gun club road. It was an internet abbreviation which included a logical deliniation of the 1.geographic location, 2.jurisdiction within the county, and 3.the cursory title of 'police department', because it wasn't a sheriff's office. You'r careful attention to detail may earn you the title of 'detective' in the future. However at this point in time, you are most assuredly a JACKASS.
