With all departments cutting money did any explorer post get cut?

I dont think explorer post in general will get cut I think what we are going to see a lot of is a lack of funding.. I think when post's try to go to competitions advisor's are going to be unavailable or the dept. wont pay for the trip, but as far as shutting down the program I dont think that will be too big of an issue over the budgit situation. Every city mayor likes the community to feel its dept. has a possitive resource for its youth to reach out to.
