Raises

Wow, every Police Department in my county and the SO received pay raises this year. The State really took care of us with that $600 bonus after taxes! I've been talking to finacial advisors on where to invest that windfall.

Let's look back a few years and see what kind of progress we have made since this posting in 07. Looks like we were complaining about getting a $600 bonus. Well that bonus was followed by 2 years of no raises (and no $600 bonuses) and then to top it off, a year with a 5% pay cut. I wonder what is going to happen this year to keep this streak alive. Wow how i miss the days of complaining about only getting a 600 dollar bonus. Keep up the great work Tallahassee and PBA. I can't wait to see what you get us this year during session. I'm curious to see how you guys can top the 5% pay cut. good luck. you guys are awesome.
