Looks like the state is having budget cut crisis, too. With the budget cuts, I heard that the troopers may loose some guys and the one's left, will be strictly working state and US roads. Which means no more working county crashes unless they are on state roads. I hope this is just a rumor and not the truth. Anyone else heard of this?

I TALKED WITH A TROOPER THE OTHER DAY AND HE STATED THAT THERE WAS GOING TO BE APPROXIMATELY 150 POSITIONS CUT. HE STATED THAT THE MAJORITY OF THE POSITIONS ARE GOING TO BE FROM THE DHSMV AND THE TROOPERS WONT BE AFFECTED THAT BAD. BUT THAT IS GOING TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER EXCUSE TO GIVE A 10-52 OF 45-60 MINUTES TO RESPOND TO A S4 10 MILES AWAY.
