DARE is a ripoff! Police officers are better utilized patrolling and serving the citizenry. Besides, the School Board Police should be doing that in conjunction with subject matter teachers!

You're obviously a citizen NO I AM NOT! But more importantly, what do you know about DARE? Conceived by former Los Angeles Police Chief Daryl Gates in 1983 as a public relation ploy. Since, did you know that DARE is a business? Everything you see with the trademark DARE logo cost your department money, usually from grants or LETF [you what LETF means, do you?] See below link and learn:
