UCF PD is so screwed up the civilian CSO's can speed, cause wrecks (kill people), damage agency property and then retire (go on Workman's Comp.) paid. Oh yeah, that stadium is going to be a "great" thing for this department. How about managing the disorder that is current before adding more chaos.
