Ken,
This has been addressed before but I am going to bring it up again since it has not been mentioned.. "ME TOO" Clause... I suggest that we don't even negotiate with the City unless they agree that WE can not be compared to, or others get what we deserve.....
If this is not an option, than I'm all for the "Me Too" when we should get the raises that the upper management of the City get. How ya like that!!! ME TOO, MO FRO...
But what I am going to say is that we should not list or tip our hand on this site... NEXT GROUP MEETING BETWEEN THE OFFICERS ????? I remember years ago going out as a group to address the contract talks. FOP LODGE sounds good..
