Retirement age

Hi, I just have a couple of questions I can't find the answers on the website.

Is there a mandatory retirement age for the MBPD? If so, what is it?

Also, what is the minimum age for joining the MBPD?

THERE IS NO RETIREMENT AGE...YOU CAN RETIRE WHENEVER YOU WANT AND JUST COME BACK AS A CIVILIAN AND GET PAID IN A MADE UP POSITION TO TAKE MONEY AWAY FROM OUR BUDGET.
