Gentle Troops,

The appointment of which you speak was a simple miscommunication between His Loftiness and the former Director of Personnel and Monthly Bloating. His Grandiosity hastily ordered Bloatzilla to bring Him "an assload of oregano". Due to corpulence and water retention in her ear canal, she ended up getting.......

Want a little Capt. in ya?

The Captain you are all referring to happens to be one of the best leaders in the agency. I worked for him for some time and after the initial $ crunch phase, it was realized that he really knows what he is talking about and really knows how to lead people.
He is not afraid to stand up to the tribe and I heard he ticked quite a few of them off for standing up to them.
He is a true asset to CCSO and worth every penny, for his knowledge is priceless. He's a cops cop and it's shame that he is not put in a true leadership role.

thx john

Guest18, is that why they had to pull him aside and tell him it's not a good idea to scream at Sgt just because he disagreed with him. Did you forget about the letter of apology he had to write at the direction of the Sheriff.

ohhhhh, dat was da guy? i herd he reely showd his butt to da bossses in da ivrey towr.

Q1 How many X Police Chiefs can the DON Hire?

A1 As many as he has to so they don't run against him!

08-05-2007, 12:46 AM
Capt. A for Sheriff!!!!!! I'de vote for him!!!!!

08-06-2007, 04:15 PM
Da A Captain may be a good leader that's why no one works for him and he makes 100k plus.

Again the Tribe wins and Grunts lose!

08-19-2007, 04:04 PM
Transferring Captain A from his position of influence was a win for the grunts. He would have taken us back to a time when two month warrant requests were preferred over probable cause arrests. Just look at the crime in his old city. It was up about 47 percent the last I saw. That's because he did not believe in holding criminal accountable.

Only a bus out of town would be fitting.

08-21-2007, 02:43 AM
You are all just jealous!

10-25-2007, 06:50 PM
The problem was and is, that there are many LEO's out there making arrests without the PC. Thats why they have so many no files. When this was pointed out, they had to look for a way to silence the speaker. And he nevere yelled at a Sgt in a meeting, I was there.

For those of you that have not been fortunate enough to have worked with and for Capt. "A" I can say that he is a consummate professional and gentleman in every regard. His only agenda has been to offer his excellent knowledge and substantial experiences to help the agency grow and improve. In my opinion it is his calm professional demeanor along with his knowledge that makes those members that feel insecure in their own qualifications and personalities want to malign him behind his back. They would be much better off by making the effort to get to know what kind of person and cop he really is. I believe that they would be pleasently surprised. [/b]

Ok, and none of his guys ever did things behind other deputies backs? Wake up - those clowns are still doing it (dog boy)! Problems are the ultimate responsibility of the leadership. Guest13, I was in that meeting as well. What he did was inappropriate, which is why JW told him about it in the hallway immediately afterwards. Nice guy, and a world of experience...just had a rough adjustment to this organizational culture.
