It appears that one local city (Bartow), actually listens to their officers. I remember taking part in basically the same survey several years ago. I believe that the officers gave some suggestions on how to improve LPD. Of course those surveys were probably shredded as soon as they came in to the third floor.
Maybe its time to speak to the PBA or mayor and see if another survey can be conducted to see if any of the problems were fixed. I believe the current administration as had enough time to fix the problems. If not, maybe its time to re-align the top.
