I myself am not a LEO. However I think that the fireworks could have been a little less grand. Although they were really good. I would rather see that money to Law Enforcment.

Fireworks displays, causeway beautification programs and other visual enhancements rate higher by city officials then emergency services. Emergency services are taken for granted as most citizens and tourists don't care about the employees behind the scenes, they are only interested in the view.
