We talk about things that shape our department and how it affects our work performance. Most thought, or should I dare say, hoped there would be actual hard core change, instead have come to the realization its not in the forcast. I think most want to work hard and hope to advance properly. But it has become a culture based on favors and who your friends are or what board your on. The rest who just want to do their job and go home with no politics are doomed. There still must be a warehouse containing a few left over flyers that need to be put on the right door. Knock Knock let the rest of us in.
