1.) One/one in downtown Lake Placid - one half of a duplex two blocks from the Lake Placid Police Department - $525.00 a month.
2.) Three/one and a half in Lake June Hills - one half of a duplex with Lake June access - $650.00 a month.
3.) Two/two apartment behind the Home Depot in Sebring - available August 1st - $700.00 a month.
Although these units are available to anyone, as a law enforcement officer with proven credentials you will qualify for the reduced rent and no security deposit requirement..
