Department cant force drafts!

According to our P.I.O. Commander,Lt. Bill Shwartz,THE DEPT. CAN NOT FORCE COPS TO WORK OFF DUTY JOBS!!
Really Bill? WHAT DO YOU CALL THE DRAFTS TO WORK THE U.M. GAME,CALLE OCHO AND REST OF THE CRAP WE ARE,FORCED TO WORK???

they need to draft for big events....if no one signs up and they need officers they are going to draft....u are not the only dept. that does that....bunch of winers.

Read Article 4 of your FOP contract, Management's Right, should management determine there is an operational necessity, you will be drafted. It is what it is!

Operational necesities aside, there are minimum staffing levels for shifts, and you are entitled to rest between work hours in order to avoid gatigue and a liability issue while at work.
Get drafted, work 20 straight hours and run your take home in to a tree.

Yea but at SDSS there is an operational necessity every Sat, Sun and Mon and those Sgt dont care that you got drafted 2 weeks ago and tell you with an attitude you have been drafted especially both 7320

yea they can STATE OF EMERGENCY or umm.. let me guess its city property and they pay you overtime your being draft to work for the city
