Tax cuts!!!

Get ready my fellow brotha's the first round of tax cuts just got approved. If the "Super Homestead Exemption" passes in January every single dept in Florida especially those in south florida will get nailed. Hialeah will probably be affected less because of the surplus of money we have in the bank thanks to many years of abuse to the civil servants. I doubt we will have any layoffs but get ready for 2,2,2 contracts or worse for the upcoming years. To those who want to leave elsewhere be carefull because you will have less senority and if departments start laying off people you might end up without a job. Bottom line is get the hell out of the state!!!!!!!!!

Or maybe the agency that Iam applying for might just not hire me. Oh man, damn it!

Mr. Mayor is still in the talks of giving up the Fire dept to Miami-Dade. This is the only way the city would be able to "afford" the police dept if the huge homestead exemption gets approved in January. Stay tuned fellows. You think it's bad now if the exemption gets approved in January get ready for more cutbacks to our salary and retirement benefits....you have to love it!!!!!!!

Its going to be approved. Dont doubt it. Just be glad for the less than equal raises, because from now on, we're superstars.
