Jim Preston and I are glad to see this forum being used constructively by members of the Wilton Manors Police Department. Good Job! You have joined the ranks of nearly 400 law enforcement agencies on LEOAFFAIRS.COM in 9 different countries who contribute over 6 million hits a month.
I hope your department's management embraces this Message Board as a tool to look into the hearts and minds of their officers. I get phone calls and emails from Sheriffs and Police Chiefs who do exactly that. They may not always like what they read, but if used properly, it can (and does) help them become better managers. We even have departments who officially use our Message Boards to communicate with their troops. Now, that's progressive and it works. But please make no mistake, this Message Board is for the troops and is here to stay. Enjoy!
