They act as if allergic to Street Enforcement

They must miss the Office and Tie and shirts and hand lotions and 1 hour dinners.

Dude....you have to remember they have not been in a patrol setting in a while...they forget things the same as you and I would if off the road for a long while. Its only natural. You might want to get with them and gently give them a hint of how things work again....It will come back to them and they will remember you as a team player rather than some snivelling little dweeb who only knew how to complain. If you sence they dont want the hint, just walk away.

the best road sgts are the ones who treat deputies with respect and KNOW THINGS THAT HELP SOLVE CRIMES.
The former detectives and agents typically work with fat people, muscle heads, scrawny people, great speakers, street talkers and every mixture with one common trait.....respect for the talents someone else might possess. they analyze data in a more prosecutorial way versus a hard charging FTO or deputy who's case might actually suck, undercourtroom scrutiny. RESPECT THE DEPTH OF KNOWLEDGE OF FORMER DETECTIVES OR AGENTS .

ALL I KNOW THAT THERE IS A PERSON THAT CAN NOT HANDLE THE ROAD BUT MAN CAN HE WORK A BAD CHECK CASE!!!!
