VPD administration has always had a reputation for not following guidlines when issues such as this come up. They use the "throw it against the wall and see what sticks method" If they did indeed follow the procedures set forth then let the chips fall where they may. If they did not, then things are no better than they were before the new chief took over.

Ben isnt the sharpest knife in the drawer but I believe that he would have asked to see or hear the evidence against him. Chief Williams,,,just because the GONDOLIAR says you're the best thing since sliced bread, do not assume that everyone will buy the bs. "He did not ask for it". Sounds like typical VPD BS, if I stick my head in the sand then nobody can see me. If Ben can prove he did ask, then VPD is screwed. If he can't, they still looked screwed up. Lose lose situation.
