What are the chances..

If you get hired as an officer with the School Board, what are your chances of getting into the Elem. Schools? Do they just put you where ever they want? When would you have a say as to where you work..or do you ever have a say?

You are at the mercy of the chief. Each year there is a department meeting the day before school starts. The chief stands up and says where everyone is working for the next year.
