new rumor

I heard through a buddy in DOC that we might get a 3% hike still. Anyone else hear this or is it just wishful thinking?

There is absolutely no chance of that happened, unless Bill Gates adopts state employees and gives us all an allowance.

The 3% is that $1,000 "bonus".
