Raises

Does anyone know if we will be done right by the State next year since they did not take care of this year? What is the pattern??? The PBA has been silent since the budget. They could at least make some kind of statement.

Your guess is as good as anybody's. After the Gov vetoed over 400 million in turkeys today I imagine that he'll have a hard time getting anything from them. Maybe if he doesn't ask for any raises for us they'll give us a good one.

This was supposed to be a "great year" for state law enforcement. I would have to say the future for pay raises does not look good. I think they said the 2% for next year is out!

Throw a couple of hurricanes in the mix for this year, and that will be their excuse...again.

The FHP site has the names of the appropriate elected officials who didn't think we were worthy of a pay raise. I hope they receive lots of letters from us.
